Trust & Privacy

This page is maintained by Forge Digital Studios to answer common questions about security, privacy, and data handling for the websites and services we build. It describes our current practices in plain language and is not an independent certification or audit.

What we do

Forge Digital Studios designs and builds marketing websites and short-form video content for clients. Most projects are static or lightly dynamic marketing sites; some include contact forms, lead capture, or basic analytics that we configure on the client's behalf.

Data we collect on this site

This site is primarily informational. We do not require accounts. If you contact us by phone, email, or Instagram, we receive only the information you choose to share. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies & analytics

This site may use lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic (for example, page views and referrers). We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Hosting & platform

This site is built on a modern web stack and served over HTTPS by our hosting provider. Traffic between your browser and the site is encrypted in transit using standard TLS.

Where we rely on third-party platforms (for example, our hosting provider or analytics provider), those vendors operate under their own security and privacy programs. We choose vendors with established practices, but we do not independently certify them.

Client projects: shared responsibility

For sites we build for clients, security and privacy are a shared responsibility. Forge Digital Studios is responsible for the code and configuration we deliver. Clients are responsible for the content they publish, the accounts and credentials they manage, any data they collect from their own visitors, and ongoing operation after handover unless we have a separate maintenance agreement.

Access & authentication

Access to project tooling and hosting dashboards is limited to Forge Digital Studios team members who need it. We use unique accounts and strong, unique passwords, and enable multi-factor authentication where the provider supports it.

Data retention & deletion

Communications you send us (email, text, Instagram messages) are retained for normal business record-keeping. You can ask us to delete messages or project files we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.

Privacy requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, contact us using the details below. We will respond in a reasonable timeframe.

Security & incident contact

If you believe you have found a security issue with this site or with a site we have built, please contact us so we can investigate.
